Entry

  • PGY3+
  • Minimum 3 years clinical experience involving direct patient care in an Australasian health system or one that is comparable
  • Must have secured a RACMA accredited training post or be in a position that is likely to qualify as one

Training

  • Four continuous learning and assessment programs:
    1. Health system science (completion of an approved University Masters degree)
    2. Medical Management Practice (a minimum of three years full-time supervised experience in an accredited training post)
    3. Research Training
    4. Personal and Professional Leadership Development

Other

Regional training posts may be eligible for up to $25,000 per 1.0 FTE in supplementary funding, annually, for additional trainee costs – see RACMA website
