Nephrology (Advanced Training)

Duration

  • 3 years FTE
  • Flexible training available
  • RPL may apply

Entry

  • Completed RACP Basic Training, including the Written and Clinical Examinations
  • A current medical registration
  • Been appointed to an appropriate Advanced Training Position

Training

3 years certified training comprising:

  • 36 months (minimum) Core Training

Other

  • Trainees are strongly encouraged to train at more than one site
  • Cultural Competence and Cultural Safety Module must be completed during Basic or Advanced training for trainees entering Basic Training in 2022 or Advanced Training in 2023 onward
